Refund and return policy

Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment (calculated based on proof of delivery). The Products must be returned intact, unused, in perfect condition, complete with all protective materials, with labels and tags still attached, and including all accessories and documents provided.

To properly exercise the right of withdrawal and obtain a refund of the amount paid, the following conditions must be met:
The return request must be completed online no later than 14 days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will be rejected.

Products must be returned new, unused, and in perfect condition, complete with all protective materials, labels, tags, accessories, and documents. If a Product shows signs of wear, has been used, or altered from its original condition, MOOREA SWIMWEAR d.o.o. reserves the right to refuse the return or, alternatively, to reduce the refund amount.

Returns of Products from the same order sent at different times will not be accepted.
Upon receiving the returned Products, MOOREA SWIMWEAR d.o.o. will assess their condition and proceed with processing the return. If all the conditions listed above are met, MOOREA SWIMWEAR d.o.o. will refund the purchase price of the Products, deducting the cost of return shipping. Please note that MOOREA SWIMWEAR d.o.o. does not offer product exchanges, only refunds for returned items.

Standard Return Procedure
To return your order, you must complete the online return procedure available at the following link: Return Procedure. Your return request will be notified to our Customer Service team, who will evaluate whether to authorize it.
Please follow the instructions provided in the document included with your package. If you choose to use a courier other than the one recommended by MOOREA SWIMWEAR d.o.o., the shipping costs will be entirely your responsibility, and you will be liable for the returned Products until they are delivered to our warehouse.

Non-Acceptance of Returns
If the above conditions are not met or if the returned Products are found to be damaged or used, MOOREA SWIMWEAR d.o.o. reserves the right to refuse the return. In such cases, you may choose to have the purchased Products returned to you, bearing the shipping costs. It will not be possible to refuse the subsequent shipment. Returns of orders shipped from countries other than the delivery country will not be accepted.

Refund Timelines
The refund of the total purchase price of the Products will be processed within 14 days from the receipt of the return, subject to verification of the Products’ condition. The timing of the refund depends on the payment method used:

Credit/Debit Card: The technical processing time for the refund depends on the issuing financial institution. The refund value date will match the debit date.

PayPal or Other Online Payment Methods: The refund will be credited directly to the account used and will be visible within a few days. The payment service provider will send a confirmation of the refund.
