PRE-ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
What is a Pre-Order?
Pre-orders allow customers to purchase upcoming products before their official release date. This ensures availability once the item becomes available on our website. Each pre-order item or collection will include an estimated shipping date, though this date may be subject to change. We will do our best to update our website promptly should any changes occur.
Please note: Pre-ordered items are not currently in stock and require an estimated waiting period of 8–12 weeks for delivery.
Before Placing a Pre-Order, Please Read the Following Terms:
- Full payment is required at the time of checkout.
- Pre-orders cannot be canceled, modified, or exchanged once the order has been submitted and payment processed. All pre-order transactions are considered final sales.
- Shipping dates are estimates. Due to unforeseen circumstances such as production delays or customs clearance, we cannot guarantee a fixed shipping date or delivery within six weeks.
- Delivery may exceed 12 weeks in certain cases, depending on factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays).
- If you are unable to wait, we kindly ask that you refrain from placing a pre-order.
- If you place an order that includes both in-stock and pre-order items, all items will be shipped together once the pre-ordered products become available.
- Pre-orders are non-transferable. Orders will be shipped only to the person and shipping address provided at checkout. We are unable to make exceptions, in order to protect customer privacy and security.
Order Fulfillment and Shipping:
Once the pre-order products have arrived at our warehouse and been processed by our team:
- You will be notified via email and through our social media platforms.
- Your order will be packed within 24 hours and prepared for shipping.
- If any items are lost during shipment, we will issue a full refund and offer you a discount on your next purchase.
Returns:
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order, in accordance with our Shipping & Return Policy
Why Do Delays Happen?
Our products are exclusive and carefully crafted, involving complex production and quality control processes. Occasionally, this results in extended delivery times. Our Customer Care team will contact you if any significant delay occurs.
